UK Waiver and Intellectual Property Agreement

1. Introduction This Waiver and Intellectual Property Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Antonia White ("Owner"), operating under the brand "Ancient Wisdom," and any individual or entity accessing or using the videos, resources, and materials provided by the Owner ("User"). By accessing or using the content on the website or other platforms operated by the Owner, the User agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Waiver of Liability 2.1 Educational Purposes All content provided by Antonia White, including but not limited to videos, downloadable resources, guides, and written materials ("Materials"), is for educational and informational purposes only. The Owner does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. Users are encouraged to seek professional advice where necessary.

2.2 User Responsibility The User acknowledges that any actions taken based on the Materials are at their own risk. The Owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from the use or misuse of the Materials.

6. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Acknowledgment By accessing or using the Materials, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
